Refund Policy

In case of you need refund back, you must get in touch with us at returns@myplushbuddy.com within ten days of receiving your parcel. You must mention order ID and details of the product ordered. In case the plush toy you received is damaged, faulty or in any way do not meet the detail described at the time of placing the order, we will first rectify the mistake or even replace your Plush buddy. We will arrange for the return pickup of the product and send you the replacement within 7-10 working days. The plush buddy toy must be returned in the condition it was received and in its original packaging.
