Our system supports up to 3 images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF). If you’d like to add more, simply reply to the order confirmation email with additional attachments!
Do I need two orders for a two-character plush?
You don’t need separate orders for two characters, but please add each character individually when placing your order for clarity.
My reference has multiple characters. Can I order just one?
Absolutely! We recommend uploading a photo with only your chosen character, or marking the specific character in the image if others are included.
What if I want to make changes after ordering?
No problem! You can make adjustments by replying to the order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Can I preview my plush before it ships?
